Q : What is the price for CARBOYZ premium detailing wash?
A : Please refer to the section “Price” on our website.
A : Our pricing is generated based on vehicle size (small, medium, large, extra-large).
Q : How do I know the price for my specific vehicle?
A : Once you register, please add your vehicle under Customer Dashboard > My Vehicle. When you go through the booking steps, the prices will be displayed under STEP 04 : BOOKING INFORMATION. Alternatively, you can refer to our Price Section in our website.

Q : How do I make a booking?
A : You may refer to our website, section Service > Booking
Q : Can I go through the booking page without registering?
A : We’re sorry, you can’t. We encourage users to login to be able to proceed to the booking page for efficient website traffic purposes.
SELECT AREA
Q : Is there any rule on sequence of selecting area?
A : Yes, you need to start with selecting the state, then choose city, then choose area where you reside.
Q : Can I straight away select area where I reside?
A : No, you need to select state and city first.
Q : What do I do if my area is not in the list?
A : Sorry, it means that there is no available detailer that covers the area where you reside. You can suggest future service coverage in your area by click the button here in STEP 01 : SELECT AREA
SELECT SLOT
Q : How do I know the available date and time for detailer in my area?
A : In the calendar, the available date and time is displayed as black font.
Q : Can I select the time first?
A : No, you need to select the date first. If you need the slot on a specific date, you may browse several dates with the available time you require.
SELECT DETAILER
Q : What is the difference between Mobile and Home-Based detailer?
A : Mobile refers to detailers that comes to your house. Home-based refers to detailers that operates from their own house for you to send your vehicle there.
Q : Why do CARBOYZ offer home-based detailer?
A : To cater for customers living in high-rise buildings such as apartment, condominium etc. or for customers who do not have covered porch or adequate space at their house.
Q : Can I select a specific detailer that I prefer?
A : Yes, you can use the “Search Detailer Name” function. However, the detailer’s date and time must be available and match your selection earlier on STEP 02 : SELECT SLOT
Q : What is the meaning ‘solo’ and ‘with assistant’ on detailer’s profile?
A : ‘Solo’ means the detailer is working as an individual. ‘With assistant’ means the detailer is working with an assistant. These are preferences given to the detailer for them to decide on work flexibility and efficiency. Detailer with assistant might be able to complete the work faster with less fatigue.
PAYMENT
Q : How do I make payment?
A : At the Booking Confirmation page, click “Pay Now” at the bottom. You will be re-directed to our Payment Gateway page.
Q : Can I pay cash during the appointment slot session?
A : We’re sorry, we do not accept cash payment. All bookings require pre-payment via our website.
Re-scheduling / Cancellation
Q : What happens if it rains? Can I re-schedule my appointment?
A : Customer and/or detailer can re-schedule the appointment to a new date and time based on the detailer’s available slot.
Q : Detailer informs me that he is unable to come due to personal reason (breakdown, accidents etc.)
A : You can re-schedule the appointment. You may rate the detailer’s performance based on your own jurisdiction.
Q : Can I cancel my booking?
A : Sorry, we do not allow cancellation due to our policy for fairly protecting detailers’ time slot, income and to avoid system abuse; which is strictly based on detailers firm commitment and best-available service.
Q : Can I get a refund for unrendered service?
A : Yes, provided the re-scheduling has exceeded 3 times limit and caused only by the detailer’s under- performing service. The detailer shall be penalized and suspended from CARBOYZ.
