CANCELLATION
We do not allow cancellation once payment has been made due to our policy for fairly protecting detailers’ time slot, income and to avoid system abuse; which is strictly based on detailers firm commitment and best-available service. Nevertheless, we do allow re-scheduling of appointments up to maximum of 3 times. 


RE-SCHEDULING
Re-scheduling of appointments is allowed for unavoidable condition such as weather (raining), emergency, vehicle breakdown, personal etc. Customer and detailer may communicate with each other to set and agree on a new slot. Re-scheduling of appointments is allowed up to maximum 3 times.
